SamTrans Connects Riders to Shopping Destinations

As we enter the holiday season, SamTrans has launched an advertising campaign promoting itself as the best way for shoppers to avoid the traffic and parking challenges of local shopping centers.

SamTrans serves shopping centers in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, providing easy access for Black Friday and beyond. Many shoppers find that the affordable convenience of the bus beats the hassle of navigating traffic and hunting for a parking space, while also decreasing congestion and our carbon footprint.

SamTrans has an online list of shopping destinations throughout its coverage area, making it easy to determine what locations are easily accessible via transit.

Shoppers should also keep an eye out for the holiday-wrapped SamTrans bus, which will be in service through December 30.
