SamTrans Board, CAC, and COC meetings are conducted in a hybrid format (virtually and in person). Members of the public may attend in-person or participate remotely via Zoom (information available on meeting agendas).

Public Comments: Public comments may be emailed to publiccomment@samtrans.com or mailed to 1250 San Carlos Ave., San Carlos, CA 94070, which will be compiled and posted weekly on Friday (holidays excluded). To be included in the Board's weekly correspondence reading file, it must be received by 2:00 PM the day before. For the week of the Board meeting, it must be received by 2:00 PM the day before the Board meeting. Public comments and correspondence, including any personal information such as names and email addresses, submitted to this agency will become disclosable public records.
