Colma Park & Ride Parking
Effective June 22, SamTrans’ Colma Park and Ride lot will become a paid parking
facility. This move is part of an effort to control parking usage when BART
transitions to its new parking program with the opening of the BART-SFO extension
stations. BART will be charging for parking in the Colma garage.
On June 22, SamTrans will begin charging a fee to use the lot. Patrons who buy a
monthly permit for July will get free parking for the last eight days of June by
purchasing before June 22.
Colma Park and Ride parking fees:
- Daily Permit: $2
- Monthly Permit: $42
Effective Nov. 15, 2003:
- No charge for parking on weekends
- 24-hour parking limit is suspended from Friday through Sunday
Permits are valid for the month printed on the ticket. Daily fees cover the 24-hour
period beginning at the time the vehicle enters the lot.
Parking ticket machines for this lot will be installed over the next few months,
until the equipment is on site, parking attendants will be available to collect daily
fees and dispense tickets. Monthly permits will not be sold on site.
