E.P.A. Transportation Plan Meetings to be Held in January
The San Mateo County Transit District in partnership with regional and local agencies
is looking for innovative ideas to connect the city of East Palo Alto with new
transportation options.
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission is working with SamTrans, the City of East
Palo Alto and other agencies to prepare a 'Community-Based
Transportation Plan' (Oprima aqui para

community members and agency stakeholders, this plan will present recommendations for
improving transportation in the East Palo Alto community.
A series of three public workshops are scheduled in early January to discuss
transportation needs and solutions in East Palo Alto. The workshops will be an
opportunity for interested members of the public to identify gaps in the
transportation network, along with strategies and solutions to address them.
