SamTrans Holiday Bus/Service Come To Serramonte Nov. 24

SamTrans gets into the holiday spirit starting Friday, Nov. 24, with the introduction of its first-ever Holiday Bus. The bus, wrapped in an original holiday design, will be parked at Serramonte Center’s transit center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Santa’s elves will be on hand to take free photos with holiday shoppers in front of the bus and to hand out the extended holiday schedule for Route 120.

In partnership with the Daly City shopping center, Route 120 will offer extended hours for shoppers and employees beginning the day after Thanksgiving, traditionally the start of the holiday shopping season.

Extended evening bus service will continue through Dec. 23. Additional Saturday service will be offered through Saturday, Dec. 26.

The extended schedule is coordinated with the shopping center’s holiday hours and will run as late at 12:42 a.m. Route 120 also serves the Daly City and Colma BART stations.

The Holiday Bus will be used in regular service throughout the county until the end of the year.
