If your kids want to know what’s up for summer, the SamTrans Summer Youth Pass, “S’UP” is the answer. The “S’UP” Pass keeps active kids on the go without busting the family budget.

The deeply discounted pass, available to kids under 18, allows unlimited rides on SamTrans buses all summer long for only $35. Spread out over three months, the cost of the pass is 60 percent less than three monthly youth passes, regularly priced at $29 each.

The pass, which is good from June 1 to Aug. 31, will be on sale until July 15 at SamTrans headquarters offices at 1250 San Carlos Ave. in San Carlos, and at nearly 100 SamTrans pass sales outlets located throughout the county, including all Safeway stores. The passes also can be ordered by mail.
