SamTrans Seeks Community Volunteers for Advisory Committee
The San Mateo County Transit District is soliciting volunteers for its Citizens Advisory Committee.
Applicants should be able to represent bus riders, community riders or multimodal riders, such as those who ride SamTrans and connect with Caltrain or BART.

The CAC meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the SamTrans administrative offices in San Carlos. Applicants will be interviewed and the board must approve the appointment of members.
Interested persons can download an application from the SamTrans Web site or contact the assistant board secretary at 650-508-6223.
The Transit District operates SamTrans buses and shuttles, Caltrain rail service, Redi-Wheels and RediCoast paratransit service throughout San Mateo County. For additional information about the District, transit schedules or fares, call 1-800-660-4287.
