To report a problem with the WiFi service, please use the WiFi Report Form or call Customer Service at 1-800-660-4287. The bus operator will not be able to address WiFi problems, so please allow them to focus on the road.

All SamTrans express buses offer WiFi. Information will be posted on the bus to indicate WiFi capability and instructions on how to connect.
- What about video, bandwidth and network speed?
Wi-Fi service can accommodate basic Internet browsing. Due to the characteristics of the cellular network, there may be locations where service is intermittent or unavailable. In addition, overall connection speed may be affected by the number of Wi-Fi users on the bus.
- Will more buses have WiFi soon?
Currently, SamTrans is exploring ways to expand WiFi to more of its fleet. As older buses are retired and replaced with more modern ones, we should be able to expand WiFi access to more of our riders.
