On Sunday, February 5, 2023, SamTrans will adjust several local and school route schedules to improve the consistency of buses arriving on-time for riders. The service changes will continue to help streamline the bus network’s operations and improve the rider experience.

Routes that will be adjusted include: 10, 37, 58, 67, 68, 86, 110, 117, 120, 130/130B, 251, 260, 294, and the ECR. Also, to improve the speed of service in the afternoon, timepoints will be removed from the following school routes: 10, 35, 37, 40, 41, 50, 53/53P, 54, 60, 61, 62 and 86. All bus stops will continue to be served, just be sure to check the new schedules.

SamTrans adjusts its scheduling and service operations four times a year to take into account changing traffic impacts, travel patterns, and bus operator availability. The adjustments help improve on-time performance standards and make the bus system run more smoothly.

SamTrans continues to focus on reliability and efficiency for riders in the county to get to and from their destinations safely. Members of the public interested in commenting on the changes can submit feedback through the SamTrans website.
