SamTrans buses may not have names as memorable as Dasher and Dancer, but they will be picking up passengers on Christmas Day.
SamTrans will be operating on a Holiday Sunday schedule on Christmas Day, December 25, and the day after Christmas on Monday, December 26. Schedules for specific routes can be found here.
The administrative offices of the San Mateo County Transit District will be closed, Monday, December 26, in observance of the Christmas holiday. The Customer Service Center is available by phone at 1-800-660-4287 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
