SamTrans will operate a Sunday schedule on Monday, Sept. 1, in observance of Labor Day.

The fixed-route bus system will follow its standard holiday schedule, meaning routes will run less frequently than on weekdays. Routes that do not normally operate on Sundays will not be in service.

Ride Plus will operate its normal schedule within its two service areas of Half Moon Bay/El Granada from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and East Palo Alto/Belle Haven from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Passengers are encouraged to review the Sunday timetables for their routes before traveling. For trip planning assistance, riders can call the SamTrans Customer Service Center at 1-800-660-4287 or visit www.samtrans.com.

The administrative offices of the San Mateo County Transit District, which manages SamTrans, will be closed on Labor Day.
