Key changes include earlier departure times from San Carlos Caltrain, with the 7:31 a.m. trip now leaving at 7:27 a.m. and ending at Verano (Carlmont High School) at 8:10 a.m. The 7:33 a.m. trip on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday now leaves at 7:23 a.m. and arrives at Ralston Avenue at 8:10 a.m. The Wednesday 9:03 a.m. trip now departs at 8:53 a.m. with no change to its 9:40 a.m. arrival. The 7:48 a.m. trip now departs at 7:33 a.m. and arrives at Verano at 8:20 a.m.

Evening northbound trips at 7:15 and 8:15 p.m. now depart 10 minutes earlier. Southbound afternoon trips from Linda Mar Park & Ride will arrive at Moonridge Apartments 10 to 14 minutes later than previously scheduled.

Midday trips between 7:41 a.m. and 1:36 p.m. arrive two to three minutes earlier at San Bruno BART. Afternoon trips to San Francisco arrive seven to eight minutes earlier, and evening trips to San Bruno arrive one to three minutes earlier. Southbound trips from San Francisco and San Bruno also arrive earlier, with morning trips three minutes sooner, midday trips three to five minutes sooner, and afternoon trips four minutes sooner. These changes improve on-time performance throughout the day.
