Due to COVID-19, this meeting will be conducted via teleconference only (no physical location) pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 (Government Code Section 54953).

Board meetings (including Community Relations; Finance; Strategic Planning, Development, and Sustainability; and Legislative Committees),  will now be conducted in a hybrid format (virtually and in person). Individual members of the public may participate in person if they comply with the District's workplace safety policies, including requiring all individuals to show proof of vaccination (as defined by the California Department of Public Health) or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within the seven days before a meeting.
