Service adjustments and new timetables effective Sunday, August 7, 2022:

|Summary of routes with significant changes effective August 7:|
|ECR||To reduce travel times for riders, Route ECR will no longer travel to Flournoy Street and Sickles Avenue in San Francisco. Riders in that area may walk to the nearest ECR stops at John Daly Blvd & Mission Street or use alternate SamTrans Routes 120 or 121. Riders who transfer to SF Muni may walk to Muni Route 14 at Mission Street & San Jose Avenue or transfer to Muni Route 14R at Daly City BART.|
|ECR OWL||Late night trips on ECR have been rebranded ECR OWL. The ECR OWL will continue to travel the same route as current overnight trips on Route ECR, including to Flournoy Street and Sickles Avenue in San Francisco.|
|FCX||Schedule changes only.|
|FLXP||FLX Pacifica has been eliminated. Service within the Linda Mar area is now served by an extended version of Route 110. The extended Route 110 will not deviate off the fixed route and will provide a direct ride to Daly City and BART for Linda Mar residents.|
|SFO||Route SFO has been eliminated. Riders may continue to travel between Millbrae Transit Center and San Francisco International Airport using the new connection on Route 292, which will now serve the Millbrae Transit Center.|
|117||The former Route 17 is now Route 117. The new Route 117 is simpler, with fewer deviations off Highway 1, resulting in more direct service with buses every 60 minutes on weekends. Seton Coastside Medical Center will be added as a stop on every trip.
Service to Sunshine Valley Road, 6th Street, Cañada Cove, and Pescadero were eliminated. Riders from 6th Street and Cañada Cove will still be able to access Route 117 with a longer walk. Riders in Pescadero may use SamCoast service.
Timed transfers have been implemented at the Linda Mar Park and Ride between Route 117 and Route 110.
|110||Route 110 no longer travels onto Longview Drive from Skyline Drive in Daly City. Riders may continue to access the route with a five-minute walk to a stop on Skyline Drive. In Pacifica, instead of ending at Linda Mar Park and Ride, Route 110 will continue into the Linda Mar neighborhood and loop along De Solo Drive, Crespi Drive, Terra Nova Boulevard, Oddstad Boulevard, and Linda Mar Boulevard.
School-oriented trips serving Oceana High School and Terra Nova High School will remain as the new Route 10.
|112||To reduce duplication with Route 110, Route 112 has been shortened at Clarendon Road and Francisco Boulevard in Pacifica’s West Sharp Park neighborhood. Riders can continue to and from Linda Mar by transferring to Route 110.
School-oriented trips serving Ingrid B. Lacy Middle School remain and has been renamed as Route 12.

|121||To provide a more direct connection between Daly City, Serramonte Center, and Skyline College, Route 121 will no longer serve Colma BART. Riders can continue to connect to Colma BART using Routes 112, 122, or 130. Upon exiting Serramonte Center, this route no longer loops around Gellert Boulevard to Hickey Boulevard but now travels from Serramonte and Callan Boulevard to Hickey Boulevard. All trips end at Mission Hills Park.|

|130||Buses will now run every 15 minutes on weekends and weekdays. All Route 130 trips will travel the same route between Daly City BART and downtown South San Francisco. From Grand Avenue in South San Francisco, half of the trips will continue on Linden Avenue to Airport Boulevard, and the other half of the trips will continue on Grand Avenue into Oyster Point, ending at the South San Francisco Ferry Terminal to improve access to jobs and bayfront open space.
Route 130 no longer travels to Flournoy Street and Sickles Avenue in San Francisco. Riders in that area may walk to the nearest stops at Hillside Boulevard & Brunswick Street or use alternate SamTrans Routes 120 or 121. Riders who transfer to SF Muni may walk to Muni Route 14 or transfer to Muni Route 14R at Daly City BART. School-oriented trips serving John F. Kennedy Elementary School and Pollicita Middle School will continue to operate and be renamed as Route 30.
|138||The former Route 38 has been renamed Route 138. Check schedule tab above for new trip times.|
|140||This route has been eliminated. Pacific Manor in Pacifica will continue to be served by Route 110 and Route 112. Access to Skyline College or other points east will require a transfer to other SamTrans routes at Serramonte Center or to BART.
Service between Skyline College and San Bruno BART, including Rollingwood Drive and Sneath Lane, has been replaced with a revised version of Route 141. Existing Route 140 riders west of Inverness Drive can transfer to Route 121 via Route 112 and/or walk farther to access service.
Riders using Route 140 to access San Francisco International Airport will need to transfer to BART at Colma or San Bruno stations or use the new Route 142, which serves the SFO Rental Car Center AirTrain Station.
School-oriented trips serving Ingrid B. Lacy Middle School and Oceana High School will continue to operate and have been renamed Route 40.
|141||Route 141 has been extended to serve Skyline College. This revised route continues to serve Linden Avenue in South San Francisco, Shops at Tanforan, and San Bruno BART. Service also covers Sneath Lane, Rollingwood Drive, and Skyline College, which was formerly served by Route 140. Bayhill Shopping Center, Shelter Creek, and the San Bruno Senior Center is now served by the new Route 142.
School-oriented trips serving Belle Air School and Parkside Intermediate School will continue to operate the renamed as Route 41.
|142||Route 142 is a new route that operates between Shelter Creek Lane, San Bruno Senior Center, San Bruno BART, and the SFO Rental Car Center AirTrain Station. It replaced the southern portion of the former Route 141. Buses operate hourly, seven days a week.
School-oriented trips serving Parkside Intermediate School continue to operate as the renamed Route 42.
|250||Route 250 now ends slightly east of El Camino Real in downtown San Mateo. To better serve the new Hillsdale Caltrain station, buses travel on Saratoga Drive, then onto Franklin Parkway and 31st Avenue. Stops on Hillsdale Boulevard between Saratoga Drive and El Camino Real are no longer served.
Between Hillsdale Shopping Center and College of San Mateo, buses now use W. Hillsdale Boulevard instead of CA-92. Riders on Alameda de las Pulgas may use Route 294.
School-oriented trips serving the Bayside STEM Academy continue to operate as the renamed Route 50.
|251/256||Routes 251 and 256 have been consolidated into a new version of Route 251 to serve the highest ridership stops and densest areas in Foster City. Buses serve Foster City Boulevard, Beach Park Boulevard, and Edgewater Boulevard. Buses will use Fashion Island Boulevard instead of Hillsdale Boulevard in and out of Foster City. Residents on portions of Hillsdale Boulevard, Beach Park Boulevard, and Shell Boulevard will need to walk farther to access the bus.
School-oriented trips serving Hillsdale High School remain as the renamed Route 51.
|260||Route 260 has been shortened to run between Ralston Avenue at Cipriani Boulevard and San Carlos Caltrain via Bridge Parkway in Redwood Shores. Some riders on Marine Parkway may need to walk up to 10 minutes to the nearest stop on Bridge Parkway. Riders to College of San Mateo should use Route ECR or 295 and transfer to Route 250 at Hillsdale.
School-oriented service on Routes 60 and 67 will continue to be available at all current stops in Redwood Shores.

|274||This route has been consolidated into Route 278. Riders on Jefferson Avenue between Alameda de las Pulgas and Redwood City Transit Center may use Route 295.|

|278||Weekday frequency has increased to every 30 minutes during peak times. Hourly service starts on Sundays.|

|292||All trips on Route 292 now deviate to the Millbrae Transit Center to improve access to the San Francisco International Airport, BART, Caltrain, and Route ECR.|
|294||Route 294 deviations to College of San Mateo and San Mateo Medical Center have been discontinued. Riders can access College of San Mateo with a transfer to Route 250 at Hillsdale. San Mateo Medical Center is now accessible with a transfer to Route 295 or about a five-minute walk. Route 294 now operates hourly all day on weekdays.|
|295||Weekday hourly service has been restored. Route 295 will no longer operate north of Hillsdale Shopping Center. Buses will operate between Redwood City, San Carlos Caltrain, and Hillsdale Shopping Center. In Redwood City, service on Whipple Avenue moved to Jefferson Avenue. In San Carlos, between San Carlos Avenue and Brittan Avenue, the route now uses El Camino Real instead of Cedar Street.|
|296||To reduce travel time and improve reliability, Route 296 will only enter the VA Hospital on northbound trips heading toward Redwood City. On southbound trips heading towards East Palo Alto, the nearest stop to the VA Hospital are now on Willow Road – less than a five-minute walk.|
|296 OWL||Late night trips that serve Palo Alto Caltrain via University Avenue instead of Menlo Park Caltrain have been renamed 296 OWL.|

|398||Service on Route 398 was reduced to a limited route with two trips in the morning and two trips in the afternoon.|

|30||School-oriented trips on Route 130 were consolidated into Route 30, serving John F. Kennedy Elementary and Thomas R. Pollicita Middle School.|
|37/39||Routes 37 and 39 will be consolidated into new Route 37. The direct connection between South San Francisco neighborhoods and Alta Loma Middle School were preserved. Route 37 serves Route 39 stops west of El Camino Real before serving Route 37 stops east of El Camino Real.|
|40||School-oriented trips on Route 140 were consolidated into new Route 40, which serves Oceana High School and Ingrid B. Lacy Middle School.|
|41||School-oriented trips on Route 141 were consolidated into new Route 41 which serves Belle Air School and Parkside Intermediate School.|
|42||School-oriented trips on Route 140 were consolidated into new Route 42 and now serve Parkside Intermediate School.|
|50||School-oriented trips on Route 251 were consolidated into new Route 50 which serves Hillsdale High School.|
|51||School-oriented trips on Route 251 were consolidated into this new route 51 which serves Hillsdale High School.|
|53/55||Routes 53 and 55 were consolidated into new Route 53 and preserve the direct connection between San Mateo neighborhoods and Borel Middle School. Bus stops will continue to be served on W. Poplar Avenue/Clark Drive.|
|61/95||Routes 61 and 95 were consolidated into Route 61. Buses will continue to serve stops in San Carlos. The consolidated route follows Route 61’s alignment through the Brittan Avenue/Melendy Drive loop and ends at the San Carlos Caltrain station via Brittan Avenue, Cedar Street, and San Carlos Avenue.|
|78||School-oriented trips on Route 278 were consolidated into new Route 78 which serves Woodside High School.|
|80||Service between Hillview School and Oak Knoll Elementary School was eliminated due to low ridership.|
|83/84||Routes 83 and 84 were consolidated into Route 83 and follow the Route 83 alignment. For riders who board Route 84 along Middlefield Road, Route 82 is still be available between Ravenswood Avenue/ Willow Road. Any riders near Encinal or El Camino Real may board at Glenwood Avenue/Laurel Street or Glenwood Avenue/El Camino Real.|
|85||Route 85 service from Ormondale Elementary School/Corte Madera is now offered in the afternoons only. Morning service was discontinued due to low ridership.|
|86||School-oriented trips on Route 286 were consolidated into new Route 86. Route 86 serves Menlo-Atherton High School.|
